All returns must be initiated within the span of 48 hours, if you discover a problem with a custom made piece please let us know immediately by sending us an email making us aware of the defect or problem, please also include pictures if possible. All custom wigs must be returned in the same condition that they were issued in, the lace cannot be cut or torn, the hair color, stitching, and weft cannot be altered in anyway as we only accept defective products as returns for a full refund. At Queen of Hearts we always take well defined photos of outgoing products in case a dispute arises, yet we pride ourselves on our service, care, and attentiveness to our clients and will always do our level best to settle disputes in a way that mutually benefits both parties.
